Then I got to the window, and she said the pharmacy was just finishing up the medication, 'Hold on, I’ll go get it.' She came back and said the pharmacy had stepped out, and it would be another 10 minutes. At this point, I’m like, 'I’ll come back later.' Not even three minutes later, I got a call saying it’s ready. Just ridiculous.

Tells patient that he can not call urgicare when sees medications was prescribed and sent to his pharmacy. States patient has to and when patient does call the urgicare confirms it was sent over with date and time. He very well could have assisted patient. Have worked in medical since 2008. Very unsatisfactory service when really sick and was already closed for thanksgiving holiday and missed doses because of it.
