- KWKona WahooMar 2, 20261.0Received a bill after my last annual visit which confused me. Vision Source billed Blue Cross for my annual eye exam and that is not my insurance company. I have VSP, the office knew that and had billed correctly on my previous visits. The supposed billing person I spoke to at Vision Source was a real jerk and wanted to blame anyone including the doctor for his obvious mistake. Needless to say I have changed optometrists. The office finally sent me a text about 6 months later saying that they were waiving the amount due when in reality it never was. Staff and doctor were always fine but the in house billing was a joke. Perhaps they should use a third party to handle their billing service.
