  My only complaint is the drive-thru. 1) LONG wait times. This should be used for pickup and drop off. 2). They designed it with a curb, so your vehicle is stuck. No way to get out of line. 3) it exits into a busy parking lot. Overall, a very poor layout, and poor wait-time policy. They should have limits on how long. There are other ways to take out medicines, just as they do groceries. Thank you for your attention.

  Moving my pharmacy needs to Walmart.HEB simply doesn’t care about customers. I only have 3 meds per month and they screw it up EVERY time. Wrong meds, won’t charge insurance, won’t refill on time. Pharmacist will not talk to me, talks to tech then tech talks to me, pharmacist is THREE feet away and will not make eye contact.

  Drive thru is the worst one designed in all of history. Id almost guarantee it. There's no way to get out once youre in the line and trying to find a parking spot to go in takes just as long. Really this entire heb layout was given no thought whatsoever

  The absolute worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had… and not only once. These people are consistently awful at their jobs and careless with other people’s time. Especially the “I’m so cool” dude with glasses at the big HEB.
