    They never get my meds wrong, but sometimes I just want them to answer a phone call.

    I usually prefer to shop here but my last experience was enough to make me not want to come back. The pharmacy staff was very rude and wouldn’t give my husband his medication for his blood sugar because he “took too long” to come get it. Then when we were checking out our cashier was in such a rush she was literally throwing our things and the poor bagger was struggling to keep up he was just bagging random things together. I used to work for H‑E‑B and I thought the company required better customer service than this
