  My mom and I visited this GNC to purchase some vitamins. Phillip greeted us as soon as we walked in even though he was checking out some other GNC customers. We grabbed our vitamins and went to the counter to pay. One of our products rang up a different price.. my mom mentioned it and Phillip was super professional and so kind that he followed my mom so she can show we grabbed them. He comes back to the register and I told him thank you for following my mom. He updated the price with no questions and exceptional customer service. Thank you Phillip you deserve this review!

  Arrived at 3:15 PM on a Friday. No employee inside and door locked. I waited until 4:15 PM. Posted hours is 10 AM to 8 PM. However, in my previous visits to this store, there is just 1 employee on shift. Legally, unless they are paid for their breaks, employees are allowed to leave said premises and are required to have a meal break. On another occassion I arrived just as the said employee was leaving for lunch and locking the door. I waited for them to return, which they did an hour later. Hence why I waited today. But I was not as lucky today. Not a dependable store hour operation when short staffed like that. I owned a business and I personally as the owner took each employee's job responsibilities daily thus allowing them to enjoy their well deserved break.
