  I've been told for years I have small veins and have been stuck multiple times in other labs and hospitals but they get it right on the first time here. I'm in and out. Very pleasant experience for someone who has to get labs often.

  Do not go here… this is probably the worst blood lab I’ve ever been to. They wanted us to wait 3+ hours to turn in a stool sample & those don’t last long without freezing. They wouldn’t even help a medical professional that was in the waiting room with us who also had samples that needed to stay cold. They are rude and dismissive. Appointments are ridiculous to obtain. I called my dr and asked them to switch it to labcorp which they did and I was able to get in with ease the next day. Avoid quest at all costs, especially this location.

  They say they bill your insurance, but don’t! Even after sending multiple request they have issues sending the correct information and want you to do all the leg work and even then don’t bill your insurance. Run far away from Quest and pick anyone else.

  Try calling them and see what happens. Robots telling you to go online and then hang up. If you need to change an appointment, better make sure you have 30mins to look everything up and do all of it yourself. Unsure why they have a front office at all.

  I really wanted to share my personal experience with quest today. I read reviews and was pretty nervous as to what my visit would look like. First, I was super excited to log on and find a same day booking. I was able to reschedule to a new time no problem. I arrived about 8 mins prior to my appt of 10:50. A sweet young lady called me back right at my appt time. By far the most gentle blood draw I’ve ever had. I wish I could have caught her name so I could return to her again. She was so sweet and professional. I was in and out 5 mins after my reg scheduled time. I was shocked at all the negative reviews vs. the best experience I’ve never had at a quest. No the facility isn’t sparkly new, Idc. Just want good phlebotomist that stick to schedules and try to experience as little pain as possible. They executed that perfectly for me today. Thanks Quest.
