  Bad customer service, Checking in process is cumbersome, i was waiting outside as instructed but no one came outside to call my name.

  They didn't tell me anything. I went in, got my blood and urine test done, but nobody told me I was doing a urine test til I got there so I wanted to talk to the lady afterwards but she already took a patient by the time I was done. I sat there for 10 minutes trying to figure out if I could leave or not because no one told me. There was no human to ask questions to and no guidance on the app. As a place I was forced to go to because its the only place my doctor accepts from, they should be far better than this. They will treat you like a sample rather than a person. Not to mention that they're terrible at drawing blood. It felt like she was tugging on the needle the entire time, and after she put on the bandage horribly, the wound bled much more than it ever has when ive gotten my blood drawn before. This is more than a job; this is healthcare. Nobody here seems to understand that.

  The phlebotomists at the Keller location are fantastic! They go above and beyond and truly care about each person that comes through the door! Kudos for their excellent customer service!
