- JJJenJan 30, 20265.0I have had to transfer Kroger pharmacies due to bias and A very unprofessional pharmacist at Another location in which I have a formal complaint filed. I asked this location would they be able to handle my prescriptions and they have done exceptionally well!! Being a medical professional for over 15 years, I understand the importance of patience getting their prescriptions on time, especially those that are controlled. Instead of playing doctor and holding our medication’s against us, patient care should be number one priority. This pharmacy has done everything above and beyond what I was hoping and I appreciate all the staff! Jennifer

- PAPerry ArringtonMay 20, 20221.0Went here to fill a prescription. Had my good RX Coupon, The cashier tried to honor the coupon. The register wouldn.t take the price. Everything was cool till he told me a lie that that price was only good for 1 millimeter, the bottle is 5 millimeters, what are you going to do, squeeze 1 millimeter out of the bottle?. I then showed him the prescription said 5 millimeters. So he just told me a total lie. I then called the store manager and voice my complaint. He told me that the pharmacy is like a store in the store and he doesn't have much control. He then called me back and said he couldn't do anything at all and offered me a $25 coupon. If you are not going to honor the Good RX price, why are you on there. Went accroos the strret To CVS and used the good RX coupon with no problems at all.

I have had so much trouble since I switched over to this Kroger, 2nd time now I have had to wait 3 days for medication I have to take daily. The other Kroger I used to go to was amazing , all they they are a long drive I will switch back to them.
