After working remote for 2+ years, I needed an intentional way to move my body. A year later, I can say with confidence that starting pilates was the best choice for both my physical and mental health. I've loved every class and every instructor - you really can't go wrong with any of them! From the front desk to the instructors to the other members, everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. I've already increased my membership from 4 classes/month to 8, and I suspect I'll increase again. Love love LOVE Club Pilates Keller!
