  Texas Eye Institute, I been with them for many years, there in Sugar Land, Texas and now in Katy, Texas. Very pleasant staffs work for Texas Eye Institute. Dr. William M. Hipps is very professional and a very great listener, I enjoyed that most of all during my exams with Dr. William M. Hipps. Texas Eye Institute is a very pleasant places go if you like to have your eyes check correctly by a professional General Ophthalmology Board Certified American Board of Ophthalmology.

  I saw my favorite, Dr Hipps, at the Katy location. No one told me that this clinic can write prescriptions for glasses, but not contacts. Now I have to drive 20 miles to another location to get fitted for contacts. Will I have to get another Ins referral? The staff and Dr Hipps at the Katy location were so nice, but patients should be warned up front, about the limited services.

  This office is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Dr. Hipps diagnosed and explained a plan of action for my eye disease. I am pleased with this office and recommend that you try them.

  Dr. Bulan is very knowledgeable & very comfortable taking care of kids. My son usually cries & resists any medical care but Dr. Bulan’s techniques were very effective in capturing his attention, make him feel comfortable, & was able to do all the tests he needed to do. The staff were very accommodating & kind as well. Thank y’all.
