  this location closed for lunch I guess and I arrive at 11:50 and the lady told me is closed! I saw the hours and say that closed at 12! after I went she put the closed sign! 🙄

  This location seemed to be closed for a while last year (covid?) and I had always had great experiences before that. So I was really glad to see it was open again. However, today when I went before 8am, fasting, it was awful. Apparently a patient had a problem with their orders and after waiting 25 minutes with no progress or even any acknowledgement that I and 4 other people behind me were waiting, I finally asked if she was expecting any other employees coming in to help or did she know how much longer it would be. Her response was 'No, I have a problem with an order" or something like that. What about having that patient sit aside and allow the other patients that have no problem orders get their testing done and be on their way and go back to the problem? Spending 30 minutes on it while everyone else waits is not acceptable when there's only 1 employee. They need more staffing. It was definitely busier that when I used to go there. I finally left and went to another location on I-10 @ 99. What should have taken 20 min took over an hour.
