    My only complaint is that there isn't enough ventilation in the waiting room. The staff was kind, efficient, and was very good with my children who needed to get blood drawn. If you do not have an appointment be prepared to wait a long time, it's super easy to set one up online and makes the process much easier for everyone. So many people didn't have an appointment and took their frustrations about the wait on the staff, and in spite of that they remained patient and professional.

    If I could give more stars for the team here I would. They are so caring and hard working. I had to come in twice the same week as my Drs. office had trouble with their orders. The quest ladies were so helpful and didn't give up. I don't know everyone I encountered but I remember a few names Sukensy, Ne, Ms. Danielle, and Sarita :_)( apologies, If I misspelled the names). Thank you so much for all you do!!!! Ya'll are amazing!

    Very rude employee who acted like she wanted to shoot herself the entire 10 min she had to interact with me (I was polite, didn't disturb her, didn't interrupt her while she ignored me so no reason for her attitude). Please don't hire people that have no idea how to behave normally in society or can't do the bare minimum with a patient. I had to go back and get help from another person after I realized she didn't provide any follow up instruction after she sent me away.

    Recently had a small operation, done and I got there before my appointment time, I greeted the front desk lady and and I was unsure if I was in the right place, after confirming some details I was, she was very warm and friendly. I was quickly signed in and waited less than 1 minute before the called me back to pay then they took me back for the operation. I stoped and told the front desk, If my family to member stop by to let them know where I was, and she said she will. I meet Larua, who was very nice and friendly, she tell you *why* she was doing it, which is something I really liked. She also was very gentle. I even asked her a few question and she was very happy to answer them. Overall, I would say 5 stars, then a small operation and I was even out by my appointment time. which is huge deal. I did enjoy my chat with Laura. Much Appricated Laura and Memerial Hermann staff.
