My goodness, I witnessed a staff member being extremely rude and condescending to a customer here. I’m mortified. It was 6:57 and there were a handful of people waiting outside for the place to open. An employee walked up and someone on the inside unlocked the door so a gentleman thought they were opening so he followed her inside only to be yelled at by the girl on the inside. Then he was having trouble checking in on the machine and the same girl came out and treated the guy like crap saying things like “nobody else had trouble checking in”. Shame on her for treating people that way.
They are the best in Katy! Every three months, I have to have lab tests ordered by my special physician.
No drop box for envelopes containing stool samples. Place closes stupidly early (4pm on a weekday). I showed up at 4:15 with an envelope and found no place to drop or off, despite there being a lockbox sitting in the ground next to the door. The lockbox was locked and had no slot for dropping off tiff envelope. As I puttered around looking for a slot to drop the envelope, a lady inside the lab walked a few feet from the door with an angry look on her face. She started griping and pointing to the main entrance of the building, but I couldn't understand what she said. I made a motion to my ear.. She threw up her hands and walked away. I walked into the main building and wandered around, finding no place to drop off the envelope and no signs indicating Quest Diagnostics. I still have that envelope. I guess it will go into a mailbox and might be invalidated because it's got a 48 hour to be processed after the sample was taken this afternoon. I learned my lesson. Going forward, it's Labcorp all the way.

They don't care about you. They don't text you. Even though you set up for text message, amnd give you the option to wait outside the waiting room. It does not matter. They call for you in the wating room, don't see you, and remove you off the list and you are gone. They don't message or call your phone.
We have been waiting for 2 hours, and was not helped. They didn't care.

They were incredible. I needed to do a walk-in because I needed a prompt test rather than schedule. I showed up at 7am and expected to wait because I walked in and I was admitted in about ~45 min.
I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed with two things. At about 7:40 a manager came out and personally and very happily helped everyone understand what is happening. She told them professionally that for walk ins that it might be a while. She sat down with us and answered questions and helped to encourage everyone. This is incredible customer service!! Then I was called back and Ebony helped. She was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and helpful. She was super positive.
I was very impressed with how they manage the business here. Highly recommend.
