  Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to formally report an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at your facility on April 11. I arrived at 8:00 AM for walk-in lab work while already feeling unwell and experiencing significant stomach pain. Despite arriving on time, I was made to wait for approximately one hour. After this prolonged wait, your staff informed me that I was required to provide a printed copy of my doctor’s order. I clearly explained that I had the order available electronically and offered to send it immediately via email, which is a reasonable and widely accepted practice. Instead of accommodating this, I was instructed to leave and re-register, causing further unnecessary delays. To make matters worse, your staff then spent approximately 30 minutes trying to locate an email address for your own company. As a result, I am now forced to wait even longer while my physical condition is worsening. I am in pain and extremely uncomfortable, and this situation has only added to my distress. This level of disorganization, lack of flexibility, and disregard for a patient’s condition is highly unprofessional and unacceptable for a healthcare provider. I expect this matter to be taken seriously, reviewed promptly, and addressed appropriately to ensure that no other patient has to go through a similar experience. Sincerely, Aiya Urazayeva ---

  My Mom had STAT orders for a stool sample for what they believed was c-diff. Given her age, it could be deadly and the Dr wanted it done immediately. The lady at this location was incredibly rude and told my Mom that they wouldn't collect her sample that day, and she would need to bring it back the following day. She also told her she would need to make an appointment to bring in the sample, however there were no appointments available. What?! When my Mom arrived the following morning to turn in the sample, they made her wait almost 2 hours just to drop off a STAT sample and were incredibly rude, once again. She was very sick, having to use the restroom constantly, told them that she was being tested for c-diff (thus exposing everyone there) and they did not care. We use labcorp for everything else for a reason, just had to go to Quest because that was what the Dr ordered. Never again.

  Horrible and unorganized I came here for a 1:40 PM appointment today came here at 1:30 PM. Finally at 2:40 PM, an employee comes out to see if anybody has any questions I go to the employee and tell them I’ve been sitting here since 130 for my 1:40 PM appointment. I signed in at 1:30 when I arrived however for some odd reason it was overlooked and I’m watching all these people come and go and leave and I’m just sitting here like why hasn’t anybody called my name not to mention I was not the only one who had been sitting there for hours on end and still was not called so the employee tells me that I would need to schedule another appointment and so luckily while I was sitting there, I scheduled an appointment for 3:10 PM and now she is telling me that they will call me by 3:10PM. This is the worst quest diagnosis I have ever been to. They are very unprofessional. There is no one sitting at the front to assist anyone you have to hope and pray that someone is going to come out and notice you…. what type of business are you running here quest diagnostic ??? Not to mention, this is my second time here in less than a week because the same thing happened to me last week!!!! You guys have got to do better. You are playing with people‘s time and money!! Get it together!!!!

  Avoid at all cost. All of the have an actitud for whatever reason in this location. They won’t help you with anything. I won’t be giving my personal Reason for not coming back here to The public but this place really sucks. Even with an appointment they invite me to come back to Finish my test and when you come back they make you wait for 2 hours. I would rather go to The Katy freeway location

  The absolute worst location that I have ever been through. I used to work at a lab and this location has no time management or care coordination. I understand working off of appointments, however in between appointments you are still expected to work in your standby. They literally skip the standby appointments. 90 minutes in and no one who is a walk in has been pulled back. Yet they are pulling back appointments for 1 pm. Are you serious? I appreciate clients being prompt but they are allotted a waiting period if they arrived early. Do not come to this hell hole. They should be shut down!
