- MCMazie ChaseNov 3, 20231.0This might be the most incompetent pharmacy to date. Surgery day was yesterday, the nurse calls in scripts at around 10:45 to 11:30 AM. I call the pharmacy in the afternoon (literally 5-6 hours later) and was told to wait an hour which I was fine with. I go there 1.5 hours later, and I was told that they have not scanned these in but they will get right on it that night before closing. I call this morning and was told this was not even filled and to "give them an hour"... I ended up taking these scripts to HEB and got my meds in FIFTEEN minutes. Not to mention, I woke up with a fever because I did not start the meds that I was told were going to be filled. Shame. 0 stars.
