  PBK is the best!! All of the teachers and other members are so friendly and supportive!! I’ve been a member for many years and have taken almost 750 classes, and will keep coming back for many more to come!

  I love Pure Barre Katy! The instructors are knowledgeable and will help you with technique/form. I like the variety of classes and the fact that the class formats regularly change, so I’m never bored or feel like I’m taking the same class over and over again.

  Pure Barre Katy has honestly become my happy place. I walked in looking for a workout and ended up finding the best group of friends. The classes push me in the best way, and I feel stronger physically and mentally every single week. The instructors are so uplifting, the community is amazing, and I always leave with a smile. If you’re looking for a place to get stronger, feel supported, and actually enjoy working out, this is the spot.

  My wife called to cancel her subscription, they said no problem... 3 months later they were still charging her the subscription, when she called again they said that they needed it a writing noticed. Shady ways to make money. Bad customer service. Unprepared staff that not mentioned the policy. Update: The manager contacted my wife and said that they will refund. She was really helpful. Hopefully the next update is that everything was resolved.

  UPDATE: After leaving my review, the store manager reached out to me personally and apologized for the situation. They confirmed in their records that I did call back in July, and the employee who failed to guide me correctly has not been working with them. They have now fully canceled my subscription and refunded the charges for the extra months. I appreciate the prompt follow-up and resolution. ORIGINAL: If I could give zero stars, I would. I am extremely disappointed with Pure Barre Katy. I called back on July 21 to cancel my subscription and was verbally assured that it would be taken care of. I trusted that information. Fast-forward to November 29, and I discover I’ve been charged every single month since then. When I called again today, suddenly I’m told I have to send an email to cancel. I send the email, and now they’re telling me I have to wait ANOTHER 30 days and make one more payment before they’ll actually cancel it. Why wasn’t this “policy” mentioned back in July when I asked to cancel? Why did nobody bother to inform me of the correct process? This feels dishonest, misleading, and completely unprofessional. I do not recommend Pure Barre Katy. If this is how they treat customers, be prepared for surprise charges and zero accountability.
