In November 2019 I had an additional loss, mostly in the mid range frequencies which made it very difficult to hear some females voices. Ken has worked with me many times over the course of several months to adjust and fine tune my hearing aids. The service and patience Ken has displayed for my needs has been nothing short of above and beyond the normal customer needs. In June of 2020 I upgraded to the iRHYTHM 5500. Great products and great service after the sale ... thank you Ken and Miracle Ear Katy.
