- FFFrensify6 days ago1.0I waited 2 weeks and 2 days for a response concerning when my grandson's glasses would be ready for pickup. The store' response to two previous calls fro me assured me that the glasses would be ready on 2/24. I called on 2/24 and after being told there was a problem getting the lens, I asked to speak to the manager. The manager returned my call stating that she'd reached out to the lab and the glasses would be available by 2/27. On 2/27, I get a call from LensCrafters's stating that the frames were unavailable and offered another pair of frames they had in store in which I declined and stated that I'd be in the store for a full refund .What bothers me the most is that I was the only one reaching out and never once did store employees reach out to the lab to inquire about the glasses until after I kept calling and inquiring. I've bought 2 pairs of glasses from UV LensCrafters's and each time, the glasses were there for pickup within 8-10 days. I'm not sure who dropped the ball on this pair but I will not buy any more red glasses from LensCrafters nor refer friends again to this location.
