    These people get to know you and take good care of you. The ability to order scripts through the app skips calling, even the automated refill line. The text message notification of when your scripts are ready or if they is a problem keeps you off of the phone. The drug prices are always the lowest around. Their hours on weekends could be better and closing at lunch can be very annoying.

    I just don’t understand I have $300+ worth of groceries and there is a whole line of check out counters abandoned waiting to be used unfortunately had no employees to open them up it’s ok used self checkout hand to scan and bag everything by myself not a bid deal (3 carts later) however the damn machine continues to have problems not scan tells me I didn’t bag properly etc… finally I see the light of day not much left to do then boom had to wait 15 minutes for an employee to walk and input there code because I decided to buy a case of beer definitely going to continuing my shopping list at Costco from now on

    Customer service 1 star Wait times 0 star Communication 0 star I once went through the drive thru and as I was waiting I continued to watch them help people walking up to the counter that had arrived long after I had pulled up in the drive thru. They have no concern for peoples time. They need to either get some help in there or all new staff. I just called to check on a prescription that was sent in Jan 3rd and still showing in progress on the app. Well guess what, it’s ready! Not once did I receive a text letting me know I had prescriptions ready for pick up. I just wonder how some people keep jobs these days. I work in a fully based customer service industry and if my employees were anything like Kroger pharmacy employees, we would be out of business.
