  5 stars for this pharmacy and staff. I don't shop at Kroger much but exclusively use this pharmacy. The staff is extremely friendly, professional and fast!

  I have switched from CVS at Clay Rd and 99 to Kroger at Morton Ranch and 99 a few months ago. That CVS is so convenient but extremely understaffed and not efficient because of it. I frequently left without scripts because they "have not received it yet" or "not ready yet". They were just understaffed for their volume. I am far more satisfied with the number of staff members that allow for a more efficient process and friendly interaction. I have not felt let down once. The staff are patient as I try to decide if I should use a Good Rx deal vs my Kroger Pharmacy membership as well. I highly recommend them! As a side note, I used to be a Pharm Tech a million years ago. You get regulars customers whom you can build a relationship with. And, you also get people who only come when they are sick. The sick may be tired, impatient after being at the Dr all day, feel awful and just want to go home. Therefore, a few customers may treat you as a staff member the same way they feel and that can really start to wear on a pharmacy staff member throughout the day. So my heart goes out to all the pharmacy staff during COVID and flu season when your work load explodes. Stay positive and healthy!

  Great staff. I frequently get my prescriptions from the pharmacy. Very quick service. The Indian pharmacy tech he rang me up last time he was very friendly and kind and helpful to me. I like this place. 5 stars.
