They didn’t just make a mistake—they gave me the WRONG prescription entirely, as if mixing up patients’ vision needs is something casual and acceptable. It’s unbelievable. The moment my kids put the glasses on, they noticed something was off. Headaches, blurred vision, dizziness—you name it. And when I went back to get the issue fixed, they didn’t take any responsibility. Not even a simple apology. Instead, they acted annoyed, dismissive, and completely uninterested in solving the problem they created. They ignored the situation, brushed off my concerns, and acted like I was being dramatic for expecting them to do their job correctly. The arrogance and carelessness are shocking. If you care at all about your eyesight, your family safety, or your sanity, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. I will never trust them again, and I honestly don’t know how they’re still operating with this level of incompetence. “Honest” is there only in the name board.
