  Today is 2/27/26 my last day using Honest Eye @ Elyson walked in stood 15 seconds wasn't greeted at all by the customer service representative here .... then walks another customer of a different ethnicity gets a warm welcome how may I help you ?.. skipped me totally .... for a second I thought I was invincible... been going here for years want be back

  Ive always had positive experiences with eye clinics that share space at Target so I figured this would be a good place to get my contacts prescription renewed. Was I ever wrong. From the moment I scheduled my exam this place didn't give me the feeling they were very competent. I had to give them my personal info and insurance info 3 separate times before I even had the visit. Things got weird when they started requesting SSN info over poorly written texts so they could file the claim with insurance before I even got there. On the day of the exam I feel like they dropped the ball every step of the way. To start the receptionist needed to get all my info again just to tell me I wasn't able to use insurance(because I assumed they already filed the claim) then she told me I was unable to be seen for a contacts fitting. After asking for her to look further they just decided I could have my appointment for contacts. After that the office tech that ran a few tests seemed like she really didn't want to be there and I was lucky she deemed me worthy of her time. Then when I go in to see Dr Nguyen I didn't even get a basic introduction as a new patient. I could tell as when he did the exam he was hardly there mentally and at that point we were all just trying to get things over with. I'm not sure if things went downhill at this office over the last few months but this place absolutely doesn't deserve the positive reviews it has. I'm just waiting for the bills saying my insurance has rejected their claim because they filed it 3 times times. I hope this office can do better or at least just quit having weekend appointments if they can't handle it. I feel confident saying you would have a better patient care experience at a Texas prison eye exam than Honest Eyecare at Elyson.

  There was a bit of a wait for 20 mins appointment thus I ended up being there for almost an hour from start to finish. That’s the only reason for 4 stats. Otherwise good service.

  Not sure what changed, but cannot recommend this business. Terrible service, disorganized, and a lot of miscommunication- also will refer you to another location for the dilation exam. Sketchy.
