They are definitely on the ball here, taking care of business and when I came in, Mr. Denzel was so kind as well and made our evening a lot brighter and my personal opinion they both need a big raise 5 Star all the way!!!

- KAKelly AnnSep 8, 20255.0Thank God for HEB pharmacy. I’ve always grocery shopped here but never used the pharmacy, until now. I’ve never had chronic conditions or much use for medications until this summer. I had previously used walgreens (my entire life) for any time I’ve been sick or whatever, everything went thru walgreens. I e had some very common simple generic medications that needed to be filled at walgreens this summer. I was shocked when refills took an entire week despite my medicine being in stock, they could not give me any reason for delay other than they were busy - okay. Finally got first one after a week so when refill was due, I submitted it early and it still took days! When I went to pick up, the tech was in a horrible mood and didn’t even speak when I handed her my cards and told her I was there for pickup. Weirded customer service ever. Anyway, I was due for a time sensitive generic fertility drug today and walgreens apparently received it Friday, but as of today, it was still not approved. I needed to start it today. HEB to the rescue, allowed me to pick it up timely even though walgreens had placed a hold on it. The staff at HEB pharmacy were fast and friendly. I really appreciate their willingness to help me identify solutions to the walgreens transfer/ insurance issues due to the Walgreens hold. hEB made it happen for me. I will be only using HEB moving forward. I wish I had made the switch sooner!!!
