- BJBecki JohnsonJan 24, 20251.0I had my prescriptions transferred to the pharmacy at this location last week. I had my shoulder replaced and I am unable to drive. Since I live right behind this location I can walk out my back gate to pharmacy. The pharmacist named Walter Rivas was refusing to fill a medication I had been on for yrs. His reason he didn't feel comfortable filling it. I ask for him to look at my history. My history will shows I have been on this medication for years. He stated he didn't want to liable. I explained my doctor prescribed this medication and I have obviously been on it for several years the doctor would be liable for writing it. He obviously didn't care. He saw my arm in a sling I recently had shoulder replacement at the end of December so not only am I in more pain, he didn't care. My medication for anxiety he filled for 30 days and stated he would no longer fill that as well. My attorney will be filing a complaint to heb and the board of pharmacist. I have never had any issues with any other medications being filled. Have a blessed day.

- CCCantFindCoryJan 7, 20211.0Pharmacy tech was super rude. Not just to me but to other customers too. Kept rolling her eyes at the woman in front of me and would continuously talk over anyone in line. I get people have stressful days but a little professionalism would be nice.
- JLJennifer LodsAug 13, 20151.03rd or 4th time someone in "pharmacy" has been rude to me here. If they have no customer service skills, which is a very basic skill set, then how can I trust them to do anything else professionally? It's common sense for your customers to think this way. They need to make some changes in their hiring and training procedures. I dont call a pharmacy to be yelled at by their staff, talked down to, or receive sarcasm. If they can do all of that, or they can't keep their cool under pressure etc. they can definitely do other things that would not benefit me, like make mistakes, or do something harmful towards me. You see it on the news every day... why wouldn't that cross my mind. Never seen a pharmacy operate this way.. Obviously, I'm not coming here ever again.
