They were so professional, fast and efficient in ordering my son’s med and They flavoured it as I requested, showing incredible patience and understanding of a child’s needs to like their Med and help them to be compliant. If they have no customer service skills, which is a very basic skill set, then how can I trust them to do anything else professionally? It's common sense for your customers to think this way. They need to make some changes in their hiring and training procedures. I dont call a pharmacy to be yelled at by their staff, talked down to, or receive sarcasm. If they can do all of that, or they can't keep their cool under pressure etc. they can definitely do other things that would not benefit me, like make mistakes, or do something harmful towards me. You see it on the news every day... why wouldn't that cross my mind. Never seen a pharmacy operate this way.. Obviously, I'm not coming here ever again.
