- LXLA XDec 20, 20201.0LIARS AND THIEVES... When I attempted to exchange my casein for a flavor I could stomach associate "MOON" relayed that it was GNCs policy now that their return policy was suspended indefinitely. When I asked why that sign wasn't up at the gnc around the corner where I purchased it last week he said I don't know and pointed to their sign on the counter. I called gnc customer service when I got home and was told that policy ended in June and they were back to their 30 day return policy.... 6 months ago!! How many other people have they gotten over on? We have enough issues without bs like this. Save money and hit Bodybuilding. Com Lesson learned!! #trashaf

As I walked in there was nobody up front and then a short little woman walked out from the back. Didn't seem like she wanted to help me at all only trying to rush me at the store not knowing if I was going to buy or not. When asking her about any of the protein supplements she didn't know anything and then I asked her for any samples to try out new product and she told me they never get any samples. Clearly alive she didn't want to be bothered if you don't like your job then maybe you should quit!
