  Absolutely ridiculous. Made an appointment and they couldn’t get me in for a month. Told them on the initial call that my obgyn had referred me(gave them name). Did all the onboarding paperwork, took a day off work and they call me an hour before appointment to tell me I need a PCP referral so they were canceling my appointment. They had a month to check this and tell me and I could have got the referral in time. They didn’t say anything about needing it from PCP when I made the appointment. Get your office together you dummies.

  I could not re-connect with nurse. And they failed to fax my referral to MRI site for 2 times. My MRI site is still waiting for the referral fax. not sure why simple transmission of fax is so difficult
