  I wish I could have leave a 0 star. All I can say is unprofessional and poor customer service. I had an appt scheduled for today for my mom to see Dr Campos for first WWE visit. His front desk or nurses decided to call Me on the same day of the appt to just get an authorized referral from my PCP to get her WWE done. Why wait till the day of the appt to even call me for that? When all this time you have the time to call me, so I can have that time to get your the referral you need. Not on day of the appt, very frustrating. Luckily I went somewhere else where I work they are able to squeeze my mom in. Horrible. Been here once and make it the last time. Very unprofessional.
