  My experience was excellent. My only suggestion would be to provide clearer directions on how to get to the office, as there is no signage indicating where the entrance is or how to access the offices located on the upper level of the building. Regarding Dr. Rafael and his staff, I would like to say . The receptionist the first one you see when you walk in was very kind. I must admit that I arrived a bit late because the office is not easy to find, but she helped me so I wouldn’t miss my appointment, which I truly appreciate. I was very pleased with Dr. Rafael, and he made me feel very comfortable and confident. He genuinely listens to his patients and takes the time to explain the diagnosis or what he believes could be the cause of the visit. Most importantly, he clearly outlines the next steps and the expected timeline, which is very important for patients. In my case, I arrived feeling desperate, looking for answers and hoping to feel better so I can get back to my life. Thank you both very much.

  Trying to reach this office is hell I don’t feel like the staff is on top of things as they should be for a doctor’s office I was suppose to be sent a prescription and haven’t recieved it yet I’ve called the office over 10x this is ridiculous communication is everything when dealing with someone’s health this is very frustrating especially considering I’m dealing with a high risk pregnancy

Dr. Sarah Hussein exceptional—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring. They took the time to address all my concerns and made sure I understood my treatment options. The clinic is clean and well-equipped, which added to my comfort. I highly recommend CLS and Dr. Sarah Hussein for anyone seeking quality care. I will definitely return for my future healthcare needs!
