This past Monday, I had the most unpleasant phone call with Susan.... I called to inquire about a large bill I have received for my last 2 office visits. FYI, my insurance is CIGNA, beware anyone with CIGNA insurance and continue reading.... My family and I have been at this Dentist for many years. We have all loved every part of our experience UNTIL this past Monday with my phone call with Susan..... My CIGNA insurance covers at 100% preventative care. I should have NO BILL. Something went wrong on billing side if my insurance isn't covering at 100% for a routine visit. The issue started since Dr. Fey retired. The first bill I got, the lady I spoke to at the time, who took the time to check for the issue, said "it seems the FACILITY is contracted with CIGNA but the NEW DOCTORS who took over the practice are NOT CONTRACTED WITH CIGNA"... Meaning, the doctors are considered OUT-OF-NETWORK! She continued to say she will contact insurance to resolve the issue... I never heard back and never got a second bill, so I assumed IT WAS HANDLED. NOW on MONDAY, Susan.... decided to yell and argue with me, and forcibly tell me how my insurance benefits had changed (as if I was oblivious to my OWN insurance benefits) and that I must call my insurance and that they are definitely contracted with Cigna. She refused to provide any help on contacting the insurance herself to see if any mistake had been made. She refused to provide me any space to speak and explain the detail I just mentioned previously. She hung up on me twice and her reason was that I WAS YELLING... the audacity... (I did yell, a bit, but I was matching energies, my apologies, but she was hostile) She then proceeded to call me back TWICE, and send me a text message to say something about " WE got off on the wrong foot, and to negotiate a discount...." I couldn't answer her call because I was already on another call with the Insurance itself, which confirmed the details about the DOCTORS being OUT-OF-NETWORK, so my coverage is limited and I am left with a large bill that I did not plan on. All because they failed to inform me that in FACT the DRS are NOT contracted with CIGNA and robbed me of the opportunity to find a doctor who is covered at 100%. The kind agent at Cigna accepted my request to call the office and explain the information above while I was on still on hold. Once she returned to my line , she also said she received the same energies from Ms. Susan, she seemed reluctant to listen or understand the information provided and proceeded to say she spoke in a disrespectful manner. The Cigna agent spoke to her higher command and they both recommended I seek an appeal with the DENTAL BOARD OF TEXAS.... I guess.... Stay Tuned...

I had a great experience at Cinco Ranch Dental. From the moment I walked in, Beto and Susan made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. LeQuang was kind, personable, and did excellent work. He truly cared about my dental health and took the time to address all of my needs. Sandra was very attentive and helped calm my anxiety, making sure I felt comfortable the entire time. The office itself is beautiful and even smells amazing, like a five-star hotel. They all stayed late to make sure everything I needed was completed, which meant so much to me. Even though I live out of town, I will definitely be coming back for future dental work. I highly recommend Cinco Ranch Dental! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

I had an amazing experience at this office, thanks to my dental hygienist, Charlene. I came in with periodontal disease and honestly didn’t fully understand what that meant or what the treatment process would be like. Charlene took her time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. She was patient, gentle, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me though this process. I left not only feeling taken care of, but also educated about my dental health. I highly recommend Cinco Dental Ranch...THEY ALL WERE ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!!

This was my first time visit. The staff that checked me in were wonderful. My dental hygienist was wonderful. A little disappointed my teeth did not have as much of a glassy feel running my tongue over teeth as my prior dentist office. My negative was my check out. One - I was a little surprised the 3% using a credit card charge (Mastercard), but I agreed to it. Second - What I didn’t like as I wanted to ask a question as I was getting checked out as it was my first time here, but I guess telling the guy staff that staff Lisa was working over lunch so pickup her food at x place and does he know her order and then he would have to walk her dog was more important than focusing on me the customer. The guy gave me more attention than the older lady checking me out giving him instructions for staff Lisa, but I was a little shocked of this ignoring me behavior to ask my question so I just left. Hopefully in the future please finish with customer before discussing personal tasks like picking up lunch and walking dog until after customer is finished checking out.
