    We had an appointment at 2:00pm, we arrived there at 1:49pm, then we waited for almost 1 hour outside to even get everything started, then they did an ultrasound which only took 20 minutes, then we enter another waiting room to see the doctor, which took another 2 hours!! And the doctor only came in and told us everything is great and that’s it…. Which only took 2 minutes for him to do all that …. So I don’t know why we had to wait for a total of almost 3 hours for all that 3 minutes …..

    The wait for the doctor is ridiculously long, they jumped around from room to room around me and we sat here for about an hour, and we’re not here for three hours.

    By far the worst office experience I’ve had, specifically with the front desk staff during check-in and check-out. They lacked empathy and professionalism. Instead of calmly repeating information when needed, they raised their voices, assuming being louder would help. One staff member even said, “like I told you,” which felt condescending and inappropriate. Most patients are already stressed because they’re seeking care for health concerns, and the front desk staff only added to that stress. Their behavior was loud and unprofessional, which is unacceptable in the medical field. During my first visit, I was there from 11:29 a.m. until 2:37 p.m., which felt excessive. I did speak with the office manager, who was very kind and understanding of my frustration. The doctor was good; however, the overall experience made me feel like just a number rather than a patient. If possible, I would recommend finding another cardiologist where your time is respected and the staff demonstrates better attitudes and professionalism.
