- ERElyziah Reyes6 days ago5.012/10. This isn’t just a gym it’s a community built on a Christ first foundation. I’ve set PRs here and prayed with others here. If you’re looking for the best strength building gym in Katy this is it. Also they host regular Push/Pull meets and cater to all avenues of fitness without compromising for a commercial gym vibe(it’s not a commercial cookie cuter gym it’s a 24 access garage gym with iron plates and deadlift bars)

It’s an awesome place to lift and get a solid workout in without feeling overcrowded, which makes a huge difference. The staff is exceptional, always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The gym itself is consistently clean, and the members take pride in the space too, which says a lot about the culture there. I have met many new people who are supportive of each other which helps you achieve your goals. One of my favorite perks is the $5 guest pass. It’s perfect when my boys are home from college and want to get a lift in with me. Another thing that really stands out is how involved the owners are in giving back to the community. I see them every year supporting and donating to the Katy ISD Livestock Show, and honestly, that’s one of the reasons I decided to give the gym a try in the first place. I love when businesses give back and support the kids. If you’re looking for a clean, well-run gym with a great atmosphere, strong community values, and respectful members, Bona Gym is definitely a 5-star spot.
