  I wish I would have read the reviews before going through this place! The only saving grace, that I’m trying so desperately to hold onto in order to convince myself that I wasn’t scammed, is that Dr. Yeh was very knowledgeable and took time to really understand my case and explained well what his recommendations were. The frustrating part, though, is that I was told when I scheduled my initial visit, that since they didn’t accept my insurance, the self pay fee they collected upfront would cover the telehealth appointment as well as my initial lab work and ultrasound. However, when I wanted help scheduling my labs, because the only instruction we were given was how to schedule a semen analysis, they informed me that they were keeping my deposit since I would have had to schedule the lab work and ultrasound within 5 business days from the telehealth appointment for my self pay fee to be honored. I was shocked and angry since no one had mentioned this “requirement “ before. I feel like I was scammed and taken advantage of during this vulnerable time in my life! Needless to say, I won’t be continuing with this clinic. If anyone needs a recommendation, I would say to give Ingenes Institute of Houston a try. They seem much more upfront with pricing, and your diagnostic transvaginal ultrasound is included at your first visit.

  I love Aspire! They have been helpful throughout my journey of family building. Everyone is nice. My experience was unique and one that I can look back to with gratitude. I count my blessings everyday. Special thank you to Dr. Yeh! I recommend people who are looking for assistance with building their family to try Aspire and see if it is the right choice for them.
