  I recommend The online scheduling. It is easy and convenient and significantly reduced wait time. Quest is quick with results and works well with my insurance company.

  This Quest location was efficient and professional. They had me in and out in 10-15 minutes. I highly recommend them.

  Open till 5 should mean open till 5. If you are only accepting patents till 4, your hours should say till 4pm. I walked in the 1st time I tried to get my test done at 403pm and I couldn't get it done that day. Change how you show your hours.

  Arrived at this location right at 7:00am as a walk in with zero people in the waiting room or waiting to get seen, shortly after one person arrived, granted he had an appointment. He then proceeded to leave and I’m still waiting out in the waiting room, then a second person arrives also gets seen and leaves mind you there’s no one in que waiting to get seen. He also left by this time there was a third person who arrived by this time I was being ignored the lady who was there was just not a morning person who by the way had a bad hair day today. Quest diagnostics appearance and great customer service should be looked at which is not happening at this location. Rude, zero customer service, they give you the silent treatment no integrity and no sense of urgency super unprofessional… Overall if you’re planning to walk in don’t because you will wait for an eternity and then make you feel bad. But if you must come here make sure you schedule also please remove the walk ins are welcome to this location it’s false advertising…
