  My first donation experience at the Irving facility was awesome. The staff there were all friendly and professional explaining everything in detail. I'm sorry I don't remember any names as the whole process was very smooth and fast. I've been to several other donation places that had no customer service or concerns for their doners making it difficult to want to go back. I especially love the app as there is so much valuable information on it for both new and current donors. The perks are great too. I finally found my plasma donation home. Thank you and keep up the good work.

  Out of all centers, this is by far the worst. They pick and choose between the people they “like” and other customers like me. Go to the octapharma plasma center in Grand Prairie 👍🏽 it’s a HUGE difference. Trust me 😁

  called on Thursday to ask for information about donating at this center. I have donated there before, and my Texas State ID has my address, the same address they have had in their system since the first time I went. It has been 6 months since my last donation, and they told me that to donate again I needed to do the exams again and register as a new donor. I went on Saturday with all the requirements they asked for. I was helped by a young woman named Berenice, and from the beginning she was rude and hostile. First she told me she could not help me because it was 1:00 PM and they were full. As far as I understand, they close at 3:00 PM on Saturdays. She said she would ask her manager. When she came back, she said they would not help me that day because they were full, and then she also said it was because I did not have proof of my home address. My Texas State ID has my address, the same address that KEDPLASMA already has in their system. Berenice continued being rude and confrontational with me in front of her manager. I felt intimidated and asked her not to speak to me anymore, but she kept trying to argue with me even after I asked her not to talk to me. Her manager, Maritza, was handling the situation in a professional and kind way. Berenice should work on how she treats people who go there to donate. It is not pleasant to feel treated with hostility.
