I was very impressed with the eyeglass frames offered by Pearl Vision, but I was most impressed by an employee named Densy. She had a high level of customer service, product knowledge, friendliness, and problem solving skills. I will return to Pearl Vision because of employees like Densy for my future eyeglass needs.
- KWKristine WhiteDec 3, 20255.0I am a full-time doctoral student here in Texas my home eye doctor is still in Indiana and I don't have home for break until the 15th to the 16th. Unfortunately for me the world's biggest crisis of a lens ripping happens at the most inopportune time. After I got out of class today at 5:00 I spent almost 2 hours trying to find an eye doctor who had a pair of my prescription in stock that they would be willing to either sell me or give me to no avail. In a last-ditch effort I looked up a few more eye places and found Pearle Vision in Valley ranch, the girl on the phone and the eye doctor Dr Huber got me set up so I can get home safely and rely on my contact lenses for both my practicals that I have this week final exams next week and to get me home safe until I see my eye doctor. So a huge shout out to Dr Huber and his staff for accommodating me and taking care of me and making sure I can take care of what I need to take care of before I head home on break.
- PBP BOct 28, 20255.0I have been going to this location for about 10 years. Dr Huber is great and the staff is amazing. Everyone is kind and you get your glasses in a timely manner. I have moved about 30 minutes away but still go to this location because I am happy with the service and selection of glasses.
