From the moment we walked in, the receptionist greeted us with a big smile, making us feel right at home throughout the whole process. We’re really sorry we couldn’t remember her name, but her kindness didn’t go unnoticed! Dr. Daniel Guy is truly amazing & exceptional ! He took on a very difficult case with our elderly patient’s ear canals, which were quite tiny and challenging. Despite having never seen a case like ours before, he was incredibly patient and dedicated. He really took the time to explain everything to us, ensuring we understood the process and what to expect. We truly admire his passion and patient-centric approach. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and wants to find the best solutions for them. What impressed us the most was that Dr. Guy didn’t try to sell us anything unnecessary. Instead, he focused on what would work best for us, providing a customized hearing aid solution tailored to our needs. His proactive and supportive attitude made a significant difference. - NRNatasha RogersMay 20, 20212.0I have had miracle ear hearing aids for over 15 years because my hearing problems started in my late 20’s. The technology is great! And they are always upgrading the technology to preform at a high capacity. There customers service at this Irving Location has been phenomenal! I changed location from the Hurts location because the customer service declined at that location and I no longer felt valued. So the staff at the Irving location was a breath of fresh air! The reason I gave Miracle Ear hearing aids TWO stars because though the technology is awesome the construction is not! I’ve had behind the ear hearing aids, then in the ear hearing aids and I had to switch to behind the ear for my last pair because it had the best technology including blue tooth capability. But like the last behind the ear , my hearing aids are in the shop due to moisture when sweat get in the hearing aids they stop working, or make a loud static noise. Because I wear hearing aids for both of my ears one or the other are not working because I sweat often behind my ears often! These hearing aids are $2000.00 an ear! Because it come with a two year warranty the repairs are free but the process to fix them take 2/3 WEEKS! once the warranty is out you are stuck with the bill so they take that opportunity to sell you the latest and greatest! This process has become annoying and extremely expensive as I have spent over $20,000 on their hearing aids! I am now considering other companies because this has gotten old! Buyers beware!
