Walked in late in the evening, and Joycelyn helped me with my old frames like I was a high dollar customer! Great customer service! Great selection of frames, too. Coming back to get next Rx filled.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. I brought in a pair of glasses from the VA that had a broken frame, and they fixed them on the spot for me for free! This business understands the meaning of customer service!

Came to the location to view frames and get an exam. During my exam, it was close to closing time and felt rushed when attempting to see if the frame was “better” feeling forced to choose. In speaking to the doctor I wanted to see if my vision had gotten worse and he gave me an overview of reasoning of worse or better vision and how family history at impact this and he couldn’t really tell me without knowing what my vision was. I did tell him the contact prescription I had and he stated it would differ than glasses and gave me an explanation. In reviewing my last year prescription for glasses to what I received today, jumped about .75 which is alarming on one eye and the other remained the same. In the past it would jump approximately a .25 which .75 is very high for over a year period. I’m concerned that it is not accurate due to the rushing of the exam. At the frame store the team was very kind and helpful.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
