    Avoid this place. If you have a prescription and are depending on refills you could run out with no recourse. They tell you to call 2 days before it’s time for a refill or you will be out of luck if it’s out of stock. Well I did that and not only did they not make sure it was in stock but they delayed it as well. The drug issues a warning about missing a dose but that doesn’t amount to a hill of beans. They have a note that says contact them if you need it right away but it is a complete waste of time. Now not only is it multiple days later but they won’t have it till Monday so I have to face withdrawals and pain all weekend. Kroger needs to stick to just selling milk and leave the pharmacy business alone. When I go to a real pharmacy they have a refill ready automatically. I don’t have to call them 2 days ahead of time.

    40 minutes wasted. Made confirmation ( entered insurance information, etc.) the night before ( to save time). I was told my Medicare insurance would not pay. I let them know that that was not logical. I was told that there must be a glitch in Medicare AND Blue Cross systems, and I could wait until Medicare got their system working. At no time did I feel there was any form of “ customer service” from the cashier or the pharmacist. The only reason for the one star is because negative stars are not available.

    I called the pharmacy today and spoke with Rosemary. She was very attentive and professional, took the time to explain the medications I had to pick up and was able to assist me with my questions. She took the time to speak with me and was not rushing me I appreciate being treated this way specially when I know they are busy at the time.
