  The Pharmacy Manager Laura needs her license revoked. She would not let me pick up my prescription which is a controlled substance because I picked up the previous one a few days after it was filled. So although the insurance paid for it she wouldn’t let me pick it up til the date she stated. I waited the time frame albeit I asked to speak with a Manager and because I am recovering from Strep, I sent someone to pick it up. She denied him and when I called up there she said only I could pick it up. Mind you, the man was Mexican. I told her where was the policy that stated I had to pick it up and that any adult with valid ID could not pick it up. She kept saying the same things and when I said it sounded as though she was being racist because he was Mexican and not every Mexican in America has drug-dealings she hung up on me. I am filing a corporate complaint and I think she is using racial bias to implement her own policies versus corporate policies. Totally unacceptable.

  I've never had a problem with a kroger pharmacy before, but this one is the worst. I've had multiple messups at this pharmacy. The worst and most recent, they shorted me 4 pills leaving me 2 days out without a refill and not letting me refill early. They treated me like a criminal when I tried to get it resolved and refused to take responsibility. If you like getting the right amount of pills in your refills, don't go to this kroger, the techs and the pharmacists are just terrible at their job and rude in general. In any other industry if the employee messes up, it's on them, but at this kroger apparently the responsibility lies with the customer to make sure their doing their job right and if they mess up they will blame you for it. I'm taking my prescriptions to the Kroger in Las Colinas from now on. It's farther away, but at least they take pride in their work. This kroger is ghetto and the pharmacy is the worst. Bad pharmacists and incompetent techs.

  Great team and they are very helpful. I used to go CVS, but they cost so much more! Kroger has much better prices for medicine. They accepted my GoodRx App coupon as well.
