- ELEnrique De LunaSep 27, 20253.0During my recent visit, the phlebotomist informed me that providing l a squeeze item for me was “against policy.” In the past, I’ve always been provided something to squeeze, which noticeably improves my experience. Without it, my draw time usually increases by atleast 1.5x. And as nice as yall are especially the physician substitute I want to leave as quickly as possible. This isn’t just about comfort it also affects efficiency. The longer I’m in the chair, the longer the bed is unavailable for the next donor, which may impact wait times. Today I used something I had with me, but going forward I’ll likely bring my own item. I wanted to share this feedback as food for thought: offering donors a simple squeeze aid could shorten donation times and improve both donor comfort and operational flow. Thank you for considering.
- LLLena LenaSep 18, 20251.0DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR BREATH This center sucks they wouldn’t let me donate because I stay in a hotel been living in one for a few months now and I came brought everything I needed I never had this issue at any donation place this is beyond me and very wrong because people are struggling just because I don’t have apartments or house doesn’t meant I shouldn’t donate here . I get mail so that is my home I’m so anger because I came to get extra money to pay for my room this week and put gas in my car . I hate this place and will never recommend for nobody to go too what kind of of law/rule is that . YALL NEED TO ADD ON YALL WEBSITE YALL DONT LET PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN A HOTEL CANT DONATE EVEN THO THATS SO WRONG ON SO MANY LEVELS
