  Dr. Overbeck was my cardiologist. Up untill today my experiences had been pleasant. They have a new computer system which went up and running in July of this year. It allowed me to reschedule my appointment, check in on the web etc. Get to the office today. Reception welcomes me takes my money for my co-pay. Advise me they'll call me back shortly. Minutes later come out to inform me the doctor will not be in until 9am but I am welcome to wait. Say their new system doesn't make them aware that a patient has reschedule until normally the day of that patients appointment. Goes back to her desk speaks with her other Co workers comes back out telling me she has to reschedule my appointment because I'm a new patient. Knowing that I am an existing patient. She even told me the last time I saw the doctor when I initially scheduled with her on Friday. I have seen Dr Overbeck on several occasions and had stress test, echocardiogram etc done at his office. I tell her don't bother to refund my money. I'll take my business elsewhere. You help me understand how your flawed system is the patients issue.

  Dr Overbeck is my heart doctor. He goes beyond my expectations. I have always receive perfect care, and full explanation of my condition and medications. I have called the office in the past and received a call back and help in a timely manner. I feel very secure with Dr. Overbeck as my cardiologist and certainly highly recommend him.
