- YJYashica JainAug 3, 20251.0The lady that works sundays always gives me a hard time. She doesn’t know anything, always says i’m just retired working to be busy. That’s not an excuse for a corporate store employee? I asked her for a RTD protein shake and she said this is all we have but on the way out i saw a case with 12 more. Made a return and she gave me a really hard time.
- DBDipankar BajajAug 3, 20251.0They claim it’s a corporate store but I highly doubt it. The lady that works on Sundays knows absolutely nothing, anything you ask she just gonna say ‘ I DON’T KNOW’. I went to make a return I had my receipt and all the information needed. She straight up said no to do it and then when I told her to call the manager she was so upset and rude. When I told her I have everything and already know I can make the return after a lot of convincing she finally called her manager who said in the first go yes they can return it. She took about 30 minutes and was so unpleasant. No thank you or apologies. Horrible experience
