Dr. Chelsea helped me recover after a 3rd delivery that left me with multiple pelvic floor issues. She is not your typical PT. She is great at communicating the cause of your symtoms and gives you the solution to fix the problem. I love that the apointment is actually quality time spent between the patient and PT. She is great, dedicated, professional, knowledgeable, and caring!

I just cannot recommend Dr. Chelsea enough!! I came to her at 6 weeks postpartum in distress at some symptoms I was experiencing after 4 babies in 4 years. I left incredibly hopeful and encouraged that I was on my way to being completely healed! She has worked wonders for me. She’s so knowledgeable and her bedside manner is comforting and compassionate. I’m so impressed with the way she works on pelvic health issues holistically and thoroughly. Investing in my health with Dr. Chelsea has absolutely been the right decision.

I “graduated” from pelvic floor therapy care this week, and I am legitimately sad. Chelsea has been a terrific provider in so many ways- informative, an attentive listener, gentle in her hands on approach, and above all a joy to work with. She is not satisfied with your care until YOU feel confident and restored. She ensures your symptoms are alleviated, but she also equips you to continue caring for yourself. 10/10 recommend Chelsea with Dallas Pelvic Health!

I went to see Chelsea after delivering my third child. Not only was she able to diagnose the unusual postpartum aches and pains I was experiencing, she made me aware of several other issues that needed to be tended to as well. I could barely walk without pain upon our first meeting and by our sixth and final appointment I was running again. She gave me all the tools I needed to understand my body and how to heal it. I’m about to run a half marathon at only 13 months postpartum and there’s no way I’d be able to do this if it weren’t for her expertise. She’s truly gifted!

Frequently Asked Questions About Dallas Pelvic Health

Do you take Insurance?

Dallas Pelvic Health is a cash pay provider and is considered out of network with insurance. This practice model allows me the freedom to treat in the way I believe to be most effective in facilitating healing. However, I do offer a detailed receipt upon request for you to submit to your insurance for full/partial reimbursement or application towards your deductible. For payment, I accept zelle, cash, check, HSA/FSA cards, and debit/credit.

Can I still attend therapy while menstruating?

Pelvic PT is absolutely appropriate during your monthly bleed. In fact, there may be more information that comes to the surface during your monthly bleed that will be helpful for treatment. However, most importantly is your comfort level, and I am happy to reschedule with you if that’s your preference.
