Dr. Chelsea helped me recover after a 3rd delivery that left me with multiple pelvic floor issues. She is not your typical PT. She is great at communicating the cause of your symtoms and gives you the solution to fix the problem. I love that the apointment is actually quality time spent between the patient and PT. She is great, dedicated, professional, knowledgeable, and caring!

Lots of unethical practices going on here. She is seeing patients in states she is not licensed in using telehealth. Reusing single use acupuncture needles. Refuses to see people who are vaccinated. Using contraindicated acupuncture points during pregnancy. Would not recommend.

Dr. Logan is such a warm and kind presence. She makes you feel so comfortable and secure in her space - always communicating and letting you know each step and making sure you understand. Highly recommend!! She has been an absolute life saver for my prep for natural birth and for my pelvic health in general. I cannot wait to go see her again now that I’ve had my baby and continue my therapy!

Opting to see Dr. Chelsea during my visit to Texas was one of the best decisions for me! I have been experiencing issues in my pelvic floor, and I wanted to see someone who specializes in this area and takes a holistic approach in her work. What I love about Dr. Chelsea is she is truly there for her patients. You do not feel rushed at your appointment, and she takes the time to assess every need you have. I was immediately comfortable with her approach to each part of the examination, and I walked away from my appointment feeling more confident in my body than I did walking in. It was a relief to finally feel like I am able to see light at the end of this tunnel for me! I cannot recommend her enough and am equally impressed by her ability to help women through online appointments as well if they are unable to see her in person.

Dr. Chelsea Harkins is amazing! I am post menopause and have had several children. I have had lots of issues that most women chalk up to getting older or just having had children. I was living with these issues until I met Dr. Harkins! I wish I had known about pelvic PT years ago! Dr. Harkins is very knowledgeable and she listens carefully to determine the best exercises, she watches to make sure form is correct and is positive and encouraging. You are never too old and it is never too late!

Frequently Asked Questions About Dallas Pelvic Health

Do you take Insurance?

Dallas Pelvic Health is a cash pay provider and is considered out of network with insurance. This practice model allows me the freedom to treat in the way I believe to be most effective in facilitating healing. However, I do offer a detailed receipt upon request for you to submit to your insurance for full/partial reimbursement or application towards your deductible. For payment, I accept zelle, cash, check, HSA/FSA cards, and debit/credit.

Can I still attend therapy while menstruating?

Pelvic PT is absolutely appropriate during your monthly bleed. In fact, there may be more information that comes to the surface during your monthly bleed that will be helpful for treatment. However, most importantly is your comfort level, and I am happy to reschedule with you if that’s your preference.
