  Courteous and friendly staff, they have a new doctor who is also very knowledgeable and does a very thorough job of checking the patients and explaining in detail. This location also has a wide variety of eye ware to choose from.

  We would not recommend this place. We called and setup an appt for my son for an exam + contact lense exam/fitting. They gave us the price and information over the phone when we booked for a Saturday. The doctor was very sweet as was the male technician who helped us however, when we went to pay the gentleman up front tried to charge us more for the contact lense exam and when asked why he said it was due to my son's prescription and was rude. The technician told us not to worry that my son would have as many as appts/attempts as he needed to practice getting the contact lenses in. We booked a follow-up appt again on a Saturday for his second attempt at the fitting as he couldn't get the contact lenses in and when we arrived we were told by the lady up front that she was giving us a "reminder that they don't do contact lense fitting appts on Saturdays so the next one will need to be made M-F." Again, we were never told this. We made a 3rd appt on a Friday and then at the end of the appt were told since he couldn't get them in he needs to wait a year and they will not give us the contact lenses to practice at home. We asked if we would be getting a refund since this contradicted what we were originally told and were told no. We didn't receive his glasses prescription until we asked multiple times because they claimed their printer wasn't working. (His original appt was 2/21 and we received the prescription via email on 3/23). They also never told us there we weren't allowed to make Saturday appts for contact lense fittings until his 2nd Saturday appt which we told them Saturday works best as he is in high school and doesn't get home until later. It just seems like the staff were annoyed and did not have patience for those who are new with contact lenses. We will not return and will take our business elsewhere.
