  They cheated me on the price of the medicine. They told me it was $19 with the discount, but when I checked with other pharmacies, the price was $5. Avoid this pharmacy.

  I understand that the pharmacy is busy after people get off work trying to pick up medication. I understand the long lines, and obviously the time takes a while in the line. But I was trying to pick up my child’s medication before picking him up from school because that’s the only time I could do it. So I was trying to get in and out of there. But once it’s my turn, they take forever to get to the window, once they asked me for my ID and I put it in the container, she doesn’t even take it right away. She’s busy putting lollipops in a freaking container. And then when she finally takes it, I see her get the medication, put it on the counter and then she goes to the inside checkout to help her coworker with something instead of giving me the dang medication and then her other coworker came over to finish giving it to me. So she was just dilly dallying, and not finished with the customer she currently had at the window.

  Refused to sell me syringes for my medication. Said they don't sell if you don't have a prescription to pick it up with it. I've been getting these for 12 years. The pharmacist immediately asked what medication I'm on and what it's for and made the whole situation very awkward. I have been using my medication since I was 13. Called another heb pharmacy and drove an hour in traffic to be able to get what I needed for my medication. Very unprofessional pharmacist, avoid this pharmacy.

  You know usually this pharmacy is pretty good compared to others in the area, but lately they have been rude just like the others. I called in to check if both of my prescriptions were filled and they acted as if I was bothering them by calling, and at the end of the call I said thank you and before I finished the lady just hung up! Extremely rude and unprofessional. It’s sad that HEB doesn’t teach their pharmacy staff how to treat customers because this is a company wide issue.

  What is the deal with these pharmacy techs? They want me to do everything in the app so there's no effort besides being an overpaid errand boy. If we're going to that level of avoidance just put my pills in the Amazon lockbox. Problem solved your job isn't needed. Why be so miserable? We use to go to CVS with no staff issues except they couldn't keep our monthly prescriptions in stock.
