- BBBrittanyNov 5, 20253.0What is the deal with these pharmacy techs? They want me to do everything in the app so there's no effort besides being an overpaid errand boy. If we're going to that level of avoidance just put my pills in the Amazon lockbox. Problem solved your job isn't needed. Why be so miserable? We use to go to CVS with no staff issues except they couldn't keep our monthly prescriptions in stock.

There is never have any communication with their customers when something is wrong. Just expect you to go without your medication. When you call to speak to someone, they act as if you are interrupting their personal time and don't help you in any way. When you are handling people's medication, you have a duty to be on top of your game. Do not treat me as if I am putting you out. Don't use this pharmacy. Go someplace else. Save yourself the stress.

- DRDonald RhoadesAug 23, 20251.0I ordered my meds on Sunday and they said they would be ready on Monday. So I stopped by on Monday and got the rudest Pharmacy tech possible. She is probably in her mid 50’s with long grey hair. She looked miserable and never smiled at the customer before me or me. I understand if you are having a bad day, then don’t work customer service. She told me the order was not ready and come back tomorrow to pick it up. I told her that it's a 10 mile round trip for me to get here. So she told me it would take 30 to 45 minutes to complete my order. I found out that they did not include a med I ask for on Sunday. She said, “Well you haven’t used it for a while” so I told “Well I need it now”. It is none of her business when I take these meds. So she added this to my long list of meds and again said you can come back tomorrow to pick these up. I told her, No I will wait. She looked very disgruntled. I walked around the HEB store and bought a couple things I really didn’t need. Ha! After waiting 30 minutes, I went back and the Manager, John, helped me. Wonderful person. I pointed her out to him. He said I didn’t need to wait that long to get my meds and didn’t understand why she said this. I have been going here for a long time and always had wonderful folks help me until today. She is just a bad apple. I’m thinking of just moving my meds to another HEB, which is closer to my home.
