- JSJ Skoog2 days ago5.0I'm a tough customer and Sian, a young girl, took care of me from my lost in the parking lot to 3 hours later, providing what I felt was the best customer service I've had in a long time. She was thorough, professional and very personable. I have ADHD, I am neurodivergent and many people struggle with understanding what I need through all my chatter. Sian offered to assist me in any way she could and I asked her to help me pick out my frames & lens feature for astigmatism & progressive glasses and she never stopped helping me. I feel I got the best price possible after working all the scenarios with my insurance. That's pretty uncommon for me:). Not only will I continue to use lenscrafter, I hope Sian is there the next time I go in because she made my day and I have confidence in her.
