That being said this Pharmacy has done everything right! I will continue to go here. I don’t really understand a lot of of the bad comments. It probably is more of a crappy customer and not the staff because they’re never anything but completely helpful when I’m there.

- GGGraceNov 9, 20241.0Today, 11-9-24 at 4:00 pm. I picked up my medication In the drive through. The experience was extremely upsetting being yelled at by Elizabeth who works in the pharmacy . She stated she couldn’t hear me so, that gives you the right to yell at customers when you can’t hear them? There are other ways to tell a customer that they can’t be heard and yelling is not the way, it was uncalled for and extremely unprofessional. I understand, this job can be overwhelming at times but Elizabeth where in your job description does it allow you to be rude to customers?
