  Technician who checked me in and then did the preliminary exam was extremely friendly, courteous and professional. Dr. Poignard was her usual upbeat self who radiates a caring attitude and ensures she addresses any concerns you may have and provides many options regarding contacts and glass prescriptions. I wish all my doctors had her disposition and caring attitude.

  Regarding change on my prescription the doctor didn’t mention that my eyes changed instead she said nothing has changed. When I got home only to realize the change in prescription compared to 2023 I received text asking if I have any questions for doctor which I did and texted but never got reply.

  This optometrist that I had today made my appointment feel very RUSHED! I felt like he was in a hurry, and didn’t really take his time to examine me like the previous optometrist I had before… It seems like a revolving door at this office because every time I go in for a visit… there is a new optometrist … never the same optometrist. I will NOT go back to this location and will be looking for another establishment for next year.
