When my wife shows up within the hour of closing and in the midst of the Holiday rush only to find a "Be back in 10 min" Note taped to the door and still ends up waiting over 20 minutes due to an apparent "bathroom break". If that was in fact the case, I could understand, but I also could have done without the attitude and sarcasm over the phone as well as the blatant disrespect to my wife whom you told, "If you guys don't like this GNC, use our store on hwy 30." Completely unacceptable and sad to see the new establishments in Huntsville ruined by service like this.....
