  I dont like the new location the parking always full they need to have bigger parking csnt park anywhere we had to park to jack in box when we took my dad he was i. The wheelchair thinking chqging his dr.

  The front desk experience at Wellspire Humble Medical Clinic was very disappointing. While waiting to see the doctor, I witnessed an elderly gentleman approach the counter for help with a billing issue. The staff member cut him off mid-sentence and refused to let him finish explaining his concern. Only after he asked her to please listen to him did she respond, and even then she dismissed him and told him to handle it over the phone. The lack of patience, respect, and basic kindness—especially toward a senior—was upsetting to witness. Front desk staff represent the clinic, and this interaction reflected poorly on the practice. I continue to come here only because I truly value the doctor.

  Honestly loved my visit at Wellspire Clinic. Super friendly staff, modern feel, and the provider actually took time to listen (which feels rare these days). This is what healthcare in 2026 should look like. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone.
