I was in office March 17th, saw Mark Brooks, we discussed 3 creams for issues that I’m having. Only 2 of the needed creams have been called in to the pharmacy, as of today March 25th, I have made 3 calls back to Wellspire with no resolution for the 3rd cream which is the most critical at this point. On the second call I asked for a return call from his MA, today I requested to speak to an office manager; neither request honored. I have sent 3 messages in Healow starting March 19th to date. To say I am very frustrated is a mild understatement.

Waited an hour for my appointment. Finally saw a nurse and asked for a blood test to rule down things out and was told they didn’t have that blood test and said could as the dr. I said please do. she asked the dr I was told I needed to see a specialist to get the blood test. Wouldn’t even take the time to look it up and discuss any of it with me and said she didn’t know anything about histamine.

When you show up to an appointment you expect to be seen shortly there after. The 30+ minutes wait time after the time your appointment was scheduled for is ridiculous.

I wish Google would update and allow you to give a 0 rating. I have been going to Wellspire for about 6 years and have seen it steadily decline. They now have an answering service only format for incoming calls to ensure that you can never get through to them. I injured my back and needed to see the Dr but when I called I was told there were no urgent/same day appointments, so I would have to wait until they had availability. The next available appointment for me as an existing patient wasn’t for another 6 weeks. I had to wait for 6 weeks for an appointment only to arrive and waiting almost 30 mins for my appointment the NP had a ‘bad headache’ so she gave me an order for bloodwork and left. I was in the office with her less than 3 minutes. I have since tried to contact them about my prescriptions and have not been able to get any response. If you are looking for a new pcp and considering this group - don’t. Their specialists are a lot better, but they’re horrible for primary care. They have multiple offices in the area and it’s all the same, a lack of care and desire for profits at the cost of quality. I am in the process of searching for a new doctor now.

Absolutely worthless. Went there for a skin infection and told them I couldn't take antibiotics but was prescribed that anyway and also gave them a list of topical creams I was taking and no one pays attention to anything over there. Save your time and your money and go elsewhere.
